Tasting-- Bridgman Cabernet

Name: Bridgman Cabernet
Variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Region: Washington
Country: America
Year: N/A
Price: $14.98

Winery review: "Featuring generous blackberry and currant flavors, this Cabernet has soft tannins and a velvety finish. It is a perfect match for prime rib, grilled lamb chops or pork roasts."

My review: This deep red was quite tasty. Blackberry and other forest berries take forefront on the nose. It's taste is cherry, blackberry, plum, and lavender. The finish was long and the tannins were quite noticeable and enjoyable. Would like to try with meat food-stuffs.
